Keeping Big Floors and Busy Docks Clean

Hamilton's warehouse space keeps growing, especially in the Red Hill business parks and around the airport, where the City expects much of its future employment. Distribution buildings bring their own cleaning problems: huge floor areas, forklift traffic that grinds dirt into the concrete, dock doors that let in rain, snow and leaves, and staff areas used on every shift by warehouse workers and drivers.

We clean warehouses on a schedule that fits the operation, often overnight or in the quiet stretch between waves of shipping. A scrubber operator handles the big floors, and a crew looks after the docks, offices, driver lounges, lunchrooms and washrooms. Call 289 803 4495 to book a walk-through.

Where Warehouse Cleaning Gets Skipped

Floors that only get swept

Sweeping moves dust around. Without regular machine scrubbing, concrete darkens, tire marks build up and the floor gets slippery when wet.

Dock areas left to the weather

Dock plates, staging lanes and the strip just inside the doors collect the most dirt. They need their own spot on the schedule.

Driver areas forgotten

Shipping windows, driver lounges and the washrooms drivers use often aren't in anyone's scope. They are in ours.

Cleaning that blocks the floor

A scrubber in the wrong aisle at the wrong time slows picking. We map scrubbing routes around your traffic.

  • No spill response for hazardous materials or battery-charging areas.
  • No cleaning of forklifts, conveyors or other equipment.
  • No outdoor yard or parking-lot sweeping.

Warehouse Cleaning Prices

Warehouse prices are set after a walk-through. They depend on the floor area to be scrubbed, how often, how many staff areas there are, and when the crew can work without getting in the way of operations.

Price note: We don't publish a standard warehouse rate. You'll get a written price per visit or per month after the walk-through.

Warehouse Cleaning Questions

Do you use ride-on scrubbers?

On large floors, yes. Smaller buildings and tight aisles get walk-behind machines. The walk-through decides which.

Can you clean while trucks are loading?

Yes, in the areas away from active docks. We schedule dock scrubbing for the quieter windows and keep the crew clear of forklift lanes in use.

Do you clean the yard and parking lot?

Our service covers the inside of the building. Exterior sweeping can be discussed at the walk-through.
