Commercial Cleaning on Concession Street
Clinics, pharmacies, shops and small offices along the brow of the Mountain, near the Juravinski hospital campus.
A Main Street at the Top of the Hill
Concession Street runs along the edge of the escarpment on the east Mountain, and it's one of Hamilton's older main streets above the brow, with its own business improvement area. It has a strong health-care presence. Juravinski Hospital sits at 711 Concession Street, with the Juravinski Cancer Centre right next door at 699. Around them are medical and dental offices, pharmacies, physio and rehab clinics, and the shops, cafés and services that patients, visitors and staff use every day.
We clean clinics, offices and shops along the street and in the blocks around the hospital. Call 289 803 4495 to book a walk-through.
Working on Concession
Much of the street is made up of older two-storey commercial buildings, with clinics or offices upstairs and shops at street level. Crews bring equipment up the stairs and agree a route that doesn't disturb upstairs tenants who work late.
Health offices near the hospital often keep long days, with early appointments and late evening clinics. That leaves a short window for cleaning, so we confirm exact hours at the walk-through and set the crew's arrival to match.
Parking along the street is limited near the hospital during the day but opens up in the evening, which is when most of our cleaning here happens.
Shops and cafés along the street serve a steady mix of locals, hospital staff and visitors, and their washrooms and entrances get heavy use. They usually want a short clean after closing or first thing in the morning. Because the street sits right at the brow, it catches wind, rain and snow, and winter pushes a lot of salt through the doors, so entrance and floor work go up in the colder months. Upstairs offices are often small, with a reception room, a couple of private offices and a washroom on the landing. They're cleaned on a lighter schedule that still keeps the front of the office presentable for clients.
