Office-style cleaning in a clinical space
A quick wipe and a vacuum isn't enough in a treatment room. Each room type gets its own list of surfaces and the right product for each.
Clinics & health offices
Treatment rooms, reception and washrooms cleaned after your last appointment and ready before your first.

Patients notice a clinic's cleanliness before they notice anything else: the waiting-room chairs, the reception counter, the washroom, the floor under the treatment chair. Hamilton has a lot of these spaces, from family practices and dental offices in Mountain plazas to physio and specialist clinics near the hospital campuses. We clean them in the evening or early morning, using a scope written around your rooms and the products your practice approves.
The work is focused on the environment patients and staff touch: surfaces, fixtures, floors, washrooms and high-contact points. Clinical equipment, instruments and anything that's part of your infection-control program stay with your staff. That line is written into the scope, so nobody has to guess. A quick wipe and a vacuum isn't enough in a treatment room. Each room type gets its own list of surfaces and the right product for each.
Disinfectants only work if they stay wet for the time on the label. Crews are trained to follow it, and the visit is timed to allow it.
Door handles, light switches, chair arms, card machines and pens get handled all day. They're a separate task on every visit.
Cleaners shouldn't be guessing about sharps bins or instrument trays. The scope spells out what's ours and what's yours.

| We clean | Your staff handle |
|---|---|
| Room surfaces, counters, sinks and cabinet fronts | Instruments, trays and reprocessing |
| Exam-table frames, chairs and stools | Exam-table paper and patient linens |
| Washrooms and staff areas | Clinical equipment and devices |
| Floors throughout | Sharps containers and biomedical waste |
| Regular garbage and recycling | Anything in a locked or restricted room |
Clinics are usually priced per visit. Expect the rate to sit above a similar-sized office, because treatment rooms take longer and the product rules are stricter. We set the price after walking the clinic.
Price note: Public Hamilton price guides note that medical spaces cost more to clean than standard offices; your price comes after the walk-through.
We use the disinfectants your practice chooses, or suggest options for your approval, and follow each label.
Each room type has its own task list, so treatment rooms aren't cleaned like a staff kitchen.
Crews arrive after the last appointment or before the first, so patients never see them.

Our standard service runs after hours. A daytime washroom and waiting-room check can be added for busy clinics; room turnover between patients stays with your staff.
The ones your practice approves. We follow each product's label, including how long a surface must stay wet, and keep a list of what's used on site.
No. Those bins, and any biomedical waste, belong to your staff and your licensed waste carrier. Crews don't open, move or empty them.
