Questions and Answers

How is commercial cleaning priced in Hamilton?

Office cleaning is usually priced per cleaner-hour or per visit. Published Hamilton guides put hourly rates at about $30 to $60 and larger office visits at around $350 to $1,000 or more. Plants, warehouses, construction cleanups and floor care are priced after we've seen the site. Whatever the basis, you get one written price that matches the written scope.

How often should a workplace be cleaned?

It depends on how many people use it and what they do there. A small office with a handful of staff may be fine with one or two visits a week. A busy clinic, a restaurant or a plant lunchroom often needs cleaning every day it's open. We suggest a starting frequency when we see the site; it's easy to adjust once you see the results.

Do you clean offices and lunchrooms inside industrial plants?

Yes. Plant offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, change rooms, locker rooms and clear floor areas are a regular part of our work. Production machinery, process equipment, hazardous materials and confined spaces are not. Those need your own team or a specialist contractor.

Can you work around shift changes and shutdowns?

Yes. We plan crew times around your shift pattern, cleaning lunchrooms and change rooms in the gap between shifts, doing bigger jobs overnight or on weekends, and saving deep cleaning for planned shutdowns.

How do you keep plant or warehouse grit out of the offices?

By cleaning the route people walk. Entrance mats, walk-off areas and the corridor from the floor to the office are cleaned every visit, and machine-scrubbed on a rotation. Stopping the grit at the door is easier than chasing it across every desk.

Do you cover the whole city, including the Mountain, Stoney Creek and Flamborough?

Yes. We clean anywhere in the City of Hamilton: the lower city and North End, the Mountain, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown and Flamborough, Mount Hope, Glanbrook and Binbrook.

Are cleaning supplies and equipment included?

Usually, yes: cleaning products, equipment and machines are supplied. Washroom paper, soap and liners can be included or supplied by you; we'll agree which at the walk-through.

Are you insured?

Ask the cleaning company for proof of liability insurance before you sign; any reputable contractor will provide it.

What happens on statutory holidays?

If your building is closed on a holiday, we either skip that visit or move it to another day, whichever you prefer. If your site runs through the holiday, we can clean as usual.

What if part of the job gets missed?

Call or message your site lead. We'll find out what happened, fix it on the next visit or sooner, and adjust the scope or the crew briefing so it doesn't happen again.
