Cleaning too early
Clean while trades are still sanding and you'll pay to clean again. We time each pass to the trades' schedule.
New builds & fit-outs
Construction dust, debris and stickers cleared in up to three passes after new builds, renovations and tenant fit-outs.

There's a lot being built in Hamilton: condo towers and ground-floor commercial units downtown, new warehouses near the airport and in Red Hill, plazas in Waterdown, and fit-outs in existing offices across the city. Every one of those jobs ends the same way. The trades pack up and leave behind dust in every vent, stickers on every window, paint on the glass and grit ground into the floor. Somebody has to get the space from "finished" to "ready", and that's our job.
We work for general contractors, landlords and tenants, usually in three passes timed around the trades. Fine dust keeps settling for days after sanding and cutting stop, so one clean is rarely enough. Call 289 803 4495 to talk about your site and handover date.

Vents, light fixtures, door frames and the tops of cabinets get missed, then shed dust for weeks. They're on our list.
Stickers, paint specks and adhesive on windows need more than a quick wipe. We scrape and clean frames and tracks too.
New floors can be damaged by the wrong pad or product. We check the finish and the manufacturer's care notes before we start.

Rough clean. Once the noisy trades are done, we clear debris and the worst of the dust so finishing trades and inspectors can see what they're doing.
Final clean. After the last trade leaves, the full top-to-bottom clean: vents, fixtures, glass, cabinets, washrooms and floors. Book this one before your occupancy inspection or handover walk-through.
Touch-up. A short visit just before move-in to deal with dust that has settled again and any marks from deficiency repairs.
Smaller fit-outs sometimes combine the rough and final cleans. We'll recommend the right number of passes at the site visit.
Construction cleanup is priced by phase, after we've seen the site. The main factors are the floor area, the amount of glass, the number of washrooms and kitchens, how much dust the work created and how tight the deadline is.
Price note: We don't publish a standard rate for construction cleanup. You'll get a written price for each pass after the site visit.
Each pass is booked around the trades' schedule, so nothing gets cleaned twice for no reason.
Vents, frames, tracks and cabinet insides are on the list, not just the surfaces you see first.
We plan the passes backward from your handover or opening date.

Yes, for the rough clean, as long as the dusty work is over in that area. The final clean waits until the last trade has left.
No. Bins and heavy debris removal stay with the contractor. We bag and remove the light debris left after the trades.
It depends on the size and the finishes. A small retail fit-out can take a day; a large office or warehouse may need a crew for several days. You'll know before we start.
