We Follow Your Site Rules
Plenty of Hamilton never fully shuts down. Production lines change over at 3 pm and 11 pm, trucks back into the docks before sunrise, and clinics on the Mountain book their first patients at 7:30. Commercial cleaning has to fit into that, not the other way round. We start every account by learning how your building actually operates, then set the cleaning for the hours when it will get done properly and nobody will be in the way.
That might mean a crew in your downtown office after 6 pm, a team working through a plant's lunchrooms and change rooms between shifts, or a scrubber going up and down warehouse aisles overnight. The tasks are written down, the schedule is agreed, and one site lead looks after the account from the first walk-through onward. Call 289 803 4495 or book a walk-through and we'll come and see the site.

Floor scrubbing, docks, driver lounges and staff washrooms in buildings that never really close.
Rough, final and touch-up cleans after new builds and fit-outs, so the space is ready for move-in.
Strip and wax, burnishing, concrete scrubbing and carpet extraction, once or on a set rotation.
The board above shows typical times. Yours is set at the walk-through around your actual hours, and it can change when your shifts do.
Prices depend on the size of the space, how often it's cleaned, what kind of work happens there and when the crew can get in. A small professional office cleaned twice a week and a plant with three sets of change rooms are very different jobs, so we price after seeing the building. These are the published figures we've seen for the Hamilton market:
| Job | Pricing basis | Published range |
|---|---|---|
| Office cleaning, small to mid-size | Per cleaner-hour | About $30 to $60 an hour |
| Larger office, per visit | Per visit | Around $350 to $1,000 or more |
| Medical and dental offices | Per visit | Usually above office rates |
| Plants and warehouses | Per visit or monthly | Set after a walk-through |
| Construction cleanup | Per phase | Set after a look at the site |
| Floor care | Per job or per rotation | Set after a look at the floors |
Price note: Figures are from public Hamilton price guides, not our own rate card. Your price comes after the walk-through and is written into your scope with the schedule.
Tell us about the site
Call or send the form with the type of workplace, its area of the city and the hours it runs.
Walk-through with your site lead
We tour the building with you, note access and safety rules, and check when each area is free.
Written scope, schedule and price
You get a list of tasks, the times the crew will be in, and the price, before anything starts.
First clean, then a week-one check-in
The crew starts on the agreed day and your site lead checks in with you after the first week.
We don't ask you to work around a cleaning crew. Cleaning goes into the gaps your building already has.
The same person writes your scope, briefs the crew on your safety and access rules, and takes your calls.
One contract can cover the reception area, the office floor, the lunchroom and the production-floor sweep.
From the Bayfront to Waterdown to Mount Hope, the same team and the same standards wherever your sites are.
Since amalgamation in 2001, Hamilton has been one big city made of very different places: a dense downtown, a heavy-industry waterfront, business parks on the Mountain and near the airport, and former towns with their own main streets. We clean in all of them, and each area page below explains what that looks like locally.
Lower City & North End
Mountain & Business Parks
Most office work is priced per cleaner-hour or per visit, and plants, warehouses and construction sites are priced after we've walked them. You get one written price that matches the written scope.
Yes. Plant offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, change rooms and general floor areas are regular work for us. Production equipment and hazardous materials are not; those stay with your own team or a specialist.
Yes. We set crew times around your shift pattern, so lunchrooms and change rooms are cleaned in the gap between one shift leaving and the next arriving, or overnight if that suits the site better.
Yes. That includes the lower city, the Mountain, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown and Flamborough, Mount Hope and Binbrook.
Hamilton is home to roughly 569,000 people (2021 census) and still one of the country's major industrial centres. The Bayfront Industrial Area covers about 3,700 acres of steel and heavy manufacturing along the harbour, and the City expects the Airport Employment Growth District and the Red Hill business parks to carry much of its future job growth. Alongside all that are hospital campuses, a university, and thirteen business improvement areas, from Locke Street to Stoney Creek.
That mix is why one cleaning approach doesn't fit every building here. A law office downtown, a distribution centre near the airport and a dental practice on Concession Street each need different hours, different equipment and different rules. Building the plan around the site is how we deal with all three.
